Early Years Music Activity Cards

MUSIC ACTIVITY CARDS PROVIDE A WIDE RANGE OF MUSICAL EXPERIENCES FOR CHILDREN IN NURSERY & RECEPTION CLASSES IN LEA, PRIVATE, VOLUNTARY & INDEPENDENT SETTINGS.

The 32 cards are presented clearly and develop musical skills presented around 'Musical Elements'. All the activities are tried and tested and many can be used to develop more than one skill.

The Music Activity Cards have been written by Susan Wilding (Early Years' consultant to Bolton Music Service) and Jane Hampson (Head of Bolton Music Service).
They have been produced in collaboration with Bolton Early Years' Development Partnership. the initial project was funded by the 'First Steps' bid of the National Foundation for Youth Music.
